Issue: Roof Issues (leaks, missing tiles, etc)

Any comments: 8th of December 2022 - last week scaffolding was erected without the resident being provided any notice (no written or verbal contact). Last Friday 2nd December roof tiles were removed with the exposed roof being covered with thin plastic, the temperatures has now dropped. The resident has made numerous calls spending hours of his time in queues, being passed from department to department.

Eventually Catalyst agreed to send an agent to view the site, as this has now been going on for a week. However no visit was conducted leaving the resident in cold living conditions.

This is having an extremely negative impact upon the mental health and wellbeing of this resident.
