Thank you for your email which has been passed to me.

I was sorry to read about the delay in resolving issues with the roof tiles at Ms ******** home.

Roof repairs have been completed today (5th December)

 I have been informed by my Pyramid Plus colleagues that the roof issue was safely resolved today. For full assurance, a post-work inspection will be carried out tomorrow to confirm that the repair has been carried out to a good standard. I have also asked Pyramid Plus to contact Ms ****** and discuss any internal redecoration work that may be required; any issues identified will be resolved at times that are convenient for Ms *******.

Matter under investigation as a complaint

 I understand that this matter is being investigated as a complaint by my colleagues in the Complaints & Resolution Team. They will contact Ms ******* once their enquiry has been completed and resolve the case in line with the A2Dominion Complaints policy.
