Issue: Blocked gutter on the balcony side from the Oval in two places, one blocked gutter is located in a corner where two balconies are connected and the other one is above the small bedroom window. When is raining heavy streem of water is pouring down the wall.

There has been no response to the issue raised via our website and sent to your customer service team 30th November 2022, six working days ago.
Whilst we understand it is not always possible to complete the work needed to rectify the issue, a response from the team is required. This would provide assurances to ourselves and the resident that this issue is being looked into.
As there hasn’t been a response to our email we are now putting on copy Ruth Cooke CEO and Aneliese Dodds MP. If you are not able to responds to this email and acknowledge this issue (with a proposed time for completion of said works) we will seek to raise as a complaint. As I’m sure you’ll agree, allowing water to cascade down walls will only lead to more damage and costs at a later date. With damp and mould being noteworthy issues at the moment your lack of response is not adequate.
