Why are reviews important?
We’ve broken our reviews into three sections.
Trust: Responding to reviews, whether they are positive or negative, can help housing associations build trust. Responding to negative reviews in a professional and empathetic manner can show residents that the service provider values their feedback and is committed to providing an excellent service. Positive reviews can help build trust and establish a positive reputation.
Quality: Reviews can help service providers identify areas for improvement. Feedback from customers can help service providers understand what they are doing well and where they need to make changes.
Ability: Reviews can help housing providers stand out from their competition. If a housing provider has a higher rating or more positive reviews than their competitors, this provides support for ‘new builds’, local authorities can gauge which provider can and should be permitted to build new homes within our communities.
