Hello,
As you’ll be aware there is a major Health and Safety concern pertaining to Flat ***Maureen Christian House, this is not only impacting ******* ****** but also **** neighbours who dare not flush their toilets or empty their sinks.
When ** ****** first reported this issue to yourselves (21st Jan) ***** was incorrectly informed that this was down to *** as the fault was within *** flat. As such *** has waited in today for a visit from Dyno-Rod who have advised her that the overflow was coming from other flats, fortunately they did not charge ** ***** for this visit as they could see ** toilet was filling up without her flushing or emptying any of *** own sinks.
** ******* then called GreenSquareAccord, ** was again incorrectly advised that ** would have to call Thames Water. I’d like to remind you that *** ******* is a single parent with a child of **** years.
Over the last 24 months there have been numerous reports from residents complaining about smells from sinks, blockages, and drainage issues. All of these reported issues have gone without action or response from yourselves. There is again raw sewage leaking from a down pipe within the basement car park.
This issue has been ignored long enough and is now impacting 43 plus residents. Can you please advise of your timeframe to fully investigate this issue and provide assurances to your residents that you are now taking this issue seriously?
